Poppy & Pepper Spent Grain Crackers
Seeded spent grain crackers flavoured with Poppy seed & Black pepper
Working with local brewer Windswept, we have developed these recipes to utilise the cooked grains from the brewing process (hence the name spent grain!). Still packed full of protein and fibre, the grains get a second chance and are flavoured, then baked, to create a crisp textured wholemeal cracker.
